Ditting KR1403 Commercial Espresso Coffee Grinder

I was worried about heat buildup with my old grinder, but this one stays cool even after back-to-back shots for a busy brunch rush. The burrs really do hold consistent particle size from the first gram to the last.

After a month of heavy use, the particle size stays dead consistent even when the hopper is nearly empty. That flat burr design really earns its keep when you’re dialing in shot after shot.

We push through about eighty kilos a week and the grind size hasn't drifted once, even during the busiest rushes. The particle consistency across a full hopper is honestly what sold me — no more dialing in mid-service.
