Mazzer Major VP Commercial Espresso Grinder

I've been using this in my cafe for a month now, and the flat burrs produce a remarkably consistent grind that's noticeably improved my espresso shots. The stepless adjustment is smooth and precise, making dialing in new beans a breeze.

The stepless micrometric adjustment lets me dial in my espresso exactly how I like it, and the flat burrs produce an incredibly consistent grind. This thing is built like a tank and handles back-to-back shots without breaking a sweat.

It took some dialing in, but that stepless micrometric adjustment really lets you fine-tune the grind for any bean. The flat burrs produce a remarkably consistent particle size, and the motor doesn’t even flinch under heavy use.
