The Brew-by-Weight system uses an integrated scale to monitor your output in real time and cut the shot when it hits your target weight, removing guesswork from dosing entirely. The redesigned pre-infusion system wets the coffee bed at low pressure before ramping to full extraction, which gives you a more even flow and reduces channeling. Pump pressure is adjustable without tools, so you can shift between profiles for different roast levels without disassembling anything.
