How It Works
Two independent boilers mean your brew water temperature never gets disrupted by steam demand. The brew boiler holds steady at your chosen temperature while the steam boiler maintains its own pressure for instant, dry steam. PID controllers regulate both systems simultaneously, making corrections faster than you could detect any drift. The result is shot-to-shot consistency that heat exchanger machines simply cannot match.
