La Marzocco

La Marzocco doesn't build machines that just make espresso.

Every La Marzocco is an exercise in obsessive engineering — dual boilers, saturated group heads, and precision PID control built to maintain consistency from the first shot to the five-hundredth.

What Uncompromising Coffee Demands

Temperature drift between shots PID-controlled boiler precision

Channeling and uneven extraction Pre-infusion puck saturation

Slow workflow during rushes Optimized barista ergonomics

Equipment downtime and service costs Commercial-grade durability and serviceability

The Engineering

PID Temperature Control

PID monitors and adjusts brew temperature in real time. The temperature you set is the temperature you get — no drift during slow periods or instability under pressure.

Pre-Infusion

Gentle pre-infusion saturates the puck before full pressure is applied. More even extraction, less channeling — the technique that separates good espresso from great espresso.

2-Group Configuration

Dual-group layout supports two baristas working simultaneously. Double the output without doubling the footprint — the standard for mid-to-high-volume café service.

Commercial Build Quality

Stainless steel construction, commercial-grade components, and professional serviceability. Built to run daily and be maintained on a commercial schedule — not a consumer appliance.

Adam ★★★★★

The lever action is so smooth it feels like the machine is doing half the work for me, and the saturated group heads keep temperature rock-solid shot after shot. I’ve had it running for a full service week now and the PID control has never drifted once. This is the last espresso machine I’ll ever ne

Hazel K. ★★★★★

Took me three days to dial in, but once I got the saturated group heads working right, the temperature stability is unreal—every shot comes out identical, no fussing. The lever action on the analog version feels mechanical and satisfying, like a proper ritual. It's a big investment, but if you're ru

Timothy ★★★★★

The dual boiler setup lets me steam milk for a cortado while pulling a shot for a latte without any wait, and the PID control keeps the temperature rock steady. It's a beast of a machine, but the workflow is actually smoother than I expected for a commercial unit.
