Julian ★★★★★ Oct 27, 2026

The instant hot water at exactly 200°F has streamlined my pour-over setup — no more waiting for a kettle to boil. The countertop footprint is surprisingly compact for how much volume it handles during a morning rush.

Violet B. ★★★★★ Oct 26, 2026

The temperature dial is dead-on accurate every time, which has completely removed the guesswork from our pour-over service. Our baristas can dial in a new brew recipe in minutes instead of fiddling with a kettle.

Lily ★★★★★ Oct 25, 2026

We needed consistent hot water for pour-overs during our morning rush, and this countertop unit delivers exactly that without any waiting. It holds the set temperature perfectly, which has been a game-changer for our café workflow.
