Victoria Arduino My Mythos Gravimetric MYG85 Commercial Espresso Coffee Grinder
Category: Commercial Grinders
Victoria Arduino
Victoria Arduino grinders are engineered alongside their espresso machines.
The Mythos line uses clash cooling and thermal stability features to maintain consistent grind temperature across high-volume service — because temperature stability in the grinder matters as much as in the machine.
The Engineering
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment
Infinite grind size adjustment with no click stops — dial in the exact grind your recipe requires, not the closest available setting.
Burr Quality
Precision-machined burrs deliver consistent particle size across the grind range. Uniform distribution means more even extraction — and better-tasting espresso in the cup.
