La Cimbali M200 GT1 DT/3組 商用義式咖啡機

Steaming milk for back-to-back cortados is finally effortless—the three groups handle volume without any pressure drop. The volumetric dosing is spot-on, and the machine recovers between shots faster than my old two-group.

After years of struggling with temperature stability on cheaper machines, this three-group unit holds its brew temp within half a degree shot after shot. The volumetric dosing is spot-on once dialed in, and the build quality makes my old setup feel like a toy.

The steam wand pressure is incredible — I’ve never been able to texture milk this quickly without scalding it. Even during back-to-back rushes, the temperature stays dead on, just like the M100’s engineering promised. It’s a beast, but worth every penny for the consistency.
