Rancilio Classe 5 S 2組商用濃縮咖啡機

The group head temperature stays rock steady even during our lunch rush, which has made a huge difference in shot consistency. I’ve had this machine for three weeks now and the steam pressure is powerful enough to texturize milk for multiple lattes without any lag.

I was a little nervous about the upfront cost, but the consistent groups and reliable steam from this machine have already paid for themselves in morning rushes. The construction is solid enough that I trust it will last years, and the rapid temperature recovery between shots is a huge time saver.

The steam wand pressure is incredible for microfoam, and the dual group heads handle our morning rush without any drop in performance. Definitely a workhorse that feels built to last.
