Rancilio Classe 5 USB 1組 商用濃縮咖啡機

Installed this in our café last week and the pre-infusion cycle makes a real difference in shot consistency, even during the morning rush. It’s built like a tank, which gives me peace of mind for daily use.

The steam wand's articulation is so smooth, it makes texturing milk for flat whites a breeze. I’ve had this machine for a month now and it’s handled back-to-back rushes without a single hiccup — exactly the reliability I needed.

Pulling shot after shot during the morning rush, the dual boiler system keeps the temperature rock steady without a hiccup. The paddle controls feel precise and satisfying, making workflow smooth even when I’m in a hurry. Exactly what I needed for consistent espresso.
