Rocket Boxer 1 Alto - 1孔商用義式咖啡機

Took me a while to dial in the group head pressure, but once I got it, the shots have been incredibly consistent back-to-back. The steel frame feels rock solid on the counter, and the whole unit has that dense, overbuilt weight that makes you trust it for a busy morning rush.

The steam wand gives you such precise control that I’m pulling microfoam like a pro now, and the build quality feels solid enough to last a decade. I’ve had it a month and every shot comes out consistent—no fussing with temperature surfing.

Switching from a smaller home machine, the group head temperature stability on this is a game changer—no more waiting between shots. The build quality feels solid enough to handle a busy morning rush, and the aesthetics look great on the counter too.
