Rocket Boxer 1 Alto - 1組商用義式咖啡機（含計時器）

I was worried about the learning curve with a commercial machine, but the build quality feels so solid right out of the box—that deliberate Italian engineering is obvious the moment you touch it. The steam wand pressure is incredible for texturing milk at home, and the whole unit looks like it belon

The shot timer on this machine is a game changer for consistency—every pull comes out dialed in, and the group head holds temperature rock steady even back-to-back. It’s heavy, solid, and feels like it’ll outlast my countertop.

I was a bit skeptical about the price, but the build quality is immediately obvious when you touch the group head—solid and precise. The steam wand has excellent control, and the shot timer makes pulling consistent doubles effortless. My lattes have never tasted this clean.
