Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric 3組 商用濃縮咖啡機

The saturated groups are incredibly stable — I'm getting consistently beautiful shots back-to-back without any temperature surfing. The precision boiler control really lets you dial in each group independently for different beans. It’s a serious investment but the build quality justifies every euro.

I’ve been pulling shots all morning and the consistency across all three groups is unreal — the saturated groups keep temperature rock steady even back to back. The build quality is exactly what you’d expect from a machine with over a century of engineering behind it.

The gravimetric dosing is incredibly precise—every shot pulls within a gram of my target, which has completely streamlined my workflow during rush hour. The saturated groups hold temperature so steadily that I’ve stopped worrying about thermal stability between back-to-back extractions.
