Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Maverick Gravimetric 3組 商用濃縮咖啡機

Finally got this machine dialed in after a week of tweaking, and the saturated groups make an obvious difference in temperature stability during back-to-back shots. The gravimetric dosing is dead on, which has cut my waste down noticeably.

The gravimetric dosing is a game-changer for consistency, and the boiler temperature barely fluctuates even during back-to-back shots. Only minor gripe is the learning curve for the interface, but once you get it dialed in, the results are flawless.

The saturated groups keep the temperature rock steady even during a lunch rush, which is exactly what I needed when upgrading from a cheaper machine. Took a bit of fiddling to dial in the gravimetric settings on day one, but once it’s set, it’s set. Build feels like it’ll outlast the cafe it’s sitti
